ichigo ☣ neko - Hii I have a question about your dermal piercings. Have you had any redone? If so how long did you wait before getting it redone what was the scaring like? I ask because I have one on in my neck like where your verticle ones are, and want it out and lower closer too my collar bone. It sits where you have the top one(maybe a tiny bit higher) and I don’t like the way it moves when I put my head all the way back.

Hello! Yes I’ve had two redone and need to get two more redone haha. I didn’t have a bad experience with mine. The first one, I got redone the same day, which I don’t recommend. It ended up rejecting because it needs to completely heal, & it turned out the piercer wasn’t experienced with dermals .
When I went to another shop, he had me wait a month and told me to massage the area regularly to break down the tough scar tissue. That time was much better!
I don’t really have too visible of scars from the two dermals I’ve yet to redo, if anything they look like very light pock marks.

I’ve been thinking of adding a new one above that top one, but now that you say that, I’m thinking otherwise haha! I hope find your sweet spot for your dermal! :3
